I. Undergraduate Program

1. College Entrance Examination：

30 students are admitted to each program (Science of Law program & Legal Institutions program), including admission of one excellent student in PE to the Science of Law Program, and admission of one student from the Fan-Hsing Project to the Legal Institutions program.

2. Screening Test：

10 students are admitted to each program (Science of Law program & Legal Institutions program).

3. Test for transferring from another department：

According to Procedures for transferring from another department set up by the Department of Law, National Chung Cheng University, the test for transferring into the department of law from another department in the University will be held in June annually.

4. Test for transferring from another school：

The test, consisting mainly of a written examination, will be held in July annually.

II. Graduate Program

1. Screening Test：

The test, including both the first round (evaluation of papers written by students) and the second round (oral examination), will be held in November and December annually.

2. Entrance Examination：

A written examination will be given in March annually.

3. In-Service Graduate Program：

Evaluation of papers written by students and a second round including both a written and oral examination will be held in March and April annually.

III. Ph. D Program

Evaluation of papers written by students and a second round including both a written examination and oral examination will be held in May and June annually.
